Once logged into Outlook, click on the gear icon that will take you to settings.

At the very bottom will be the option to View all Outlook settings, click it

Select Mail > Rules

First, you’ll need to name your rule > Condition: From (Email Address where leads are coming from) > Add an action: Forward To your Mailparser Email
