Create Email Forwarding Rules in Gmail

In Gmail, you’ll need to click on the gear icon in the upper right hand side of the screen. and then click “See All Settings”

Next, click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP

And then click on the Add a forwarding address button.

You’ll be prompted to add the email address from the newly created inbox and then you’ll be asked to submit a code.

After you’ve added the email address, MailParser will send you an email to your inbox that includes the code. Enter this code and click the verify button.

Build a Rule in your email client to forward the email lead type

Navigate back to your inbox, and click on the email lead type that you’ll be sending to the new Parser Inbox.

Click the 3 little dots in the header of the email and choose the option “Filter messages like these”

Set up the filter to select your New Lead Notifications:

Select the Mailparser email address from the dropdown.

Create the desired rules and then click “Create filter” choose the option to forward to the newly added forwarding email address.

Once you’ve added all desired rules, click the Create Filter button.
