CRMs and Sources that Integrate via Email Parsing

What you will need:

  • A Mailparser Account

  • A Zapier Account

  • Your Verse.io API key (found in your Verse.io account under Settings > Connections)

To connect, follow these instructions:

  1. Use Verse.io's Mailparser Article to set up a mailbox for incoming leads

  2. Create forwarding rules in your email inbox or in your Source/CRM's settings

  3. Use Verse.io's Mailparser Article to create parsing rules and build the zap to send your leads from Mailparser to Verse

Here are some of the Sources and CRMs we have worked with previously:

Agent Locator

1. Log in to your Agent Locator dashboard.

2. Hover over "Settings", then choose "User Accounts."

3. Input your Mailparser email into "CC Email for New Lead Alerts" (as shown below). To find your custom address, please go to your Verse.io Dashboard under "Settings", then "Connections".

4. Don't forget to click "Save".

5. In Zapier, build a zap to send the leads from Mailparser to Verse (reference this article)

BoldLeads

1. Log in to your Bold Leads dashboard.

2. In the top toolbar, hover over "Landing Pages" and click on "View Landing Pages."

3. Under your Landing Pages, click on the pencil icon to edit.

4. A new page will appear titled "Edit Landing Page." Click on the oval titled "3. SETTINGS."

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says Lead Notification Settings.

6. Add your Mailparser email address to the "Email lead notifications to:" field. To find your unique email address, please go to your Verse.io dashboard under "Settings", then "Connections".

7. Make sure your settings are selected as "No" for partial leads and "HTML" for notification format.

8. Save by clicking the "Save Changes!" button located at the bottom right-hand corner.

9. To ensure we are not receiving emails for any "newly enhanced" leads, click on the "Lead Intelligence" tab.

10. Find the question: "Send additional notification for newly enhanced leads?" and select "NO."

11. Save.

12. In Zapier, build a zap to send the leads from Mailparser to Verse (reference this article)

Boston Logic

1. Log in to your Boston Logic dashboard.

2. Click on your photo in the top right corner.

3. Click "Settings."

4. Click on "Lead" in the left-hand column.

5. Add your Mailparser email to all fields in the "New Leads CC Emails" section. To find your unique address, please go to your Verse.io dashboard under "Settings", then "Connections".

6. Check all three boxes above and "Save Settings".

7. In Zapier, build a zap to send the leads from Mailparser to Verse (reference this article)

IDX Brokers

1. Sign in to your IDXBroker account.

2. Click on "Preferences."
3. Click on "Global Preferences."
4. Click on "Email Settings."
5. Scroll down to the "Recipient" section and add your custom Mailparser email into the "Contact CC/BCC Address" field, and click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

6. In Zapier, build a zap to send the leads from Mailparser to Verse (reference this article)

KWKLY

1. Login into your KWKLY Dashboard.
2. Select "Manage Account" in the top right of the screen.
3. Input your Mailparser email into each "CC Email" agent is wanting us to work.

4. Don't forget to "Save Settings"

LeadOptix

1. Log into your LeadOptix Dashboard Here.
2. Click "My Profile" under your name in the top right corner.
3. Add your Mailparser email under "Secondary Email" and then hit Submit.
4. If you would like to send a test, please email your LeadOptix account manager or support@leadoptix.com.

Prime Seller Leads

1. Log in to your Prime Seller Leads account.

2. From the top menu of your dashboard click "Settings".

3. From the drop-down menu select "Email Settings".

4. In the box, Admin Notifications Email Address place your Mailparser email

5. Save

6. In Zapier, build a zap to send the leads from Mailparser to Verse (reference this article)

Real Estate Webmasters

1. Select Preferences in the top right Menu
2. Select Company
3. Click on Agents and click on the agent account you want to update
4. Once open, select Notifications on the drop-down menu above your photo
5. Add your Mailparser parsing email to the field "New Leads are Assigned" and check the Email box
6. Add your Mailparser parsing email to the field "New Inquiries and Form Submissions are Received" and check the Email box

Realtor.com

1. Log in to your Realtor.com dashboard
2. Hover over your picture at the top right corner, and select "Settings."
3. Click on "Lead Settings."

4. Under Configure Your Lead Settings, you'll need to add your Mailparser email in each section between SMS and Top Producer.

5. In each section between SMS and Top Producer, add your custom Mailparser email and select "Lead parsing" under the dropdown menu.
6. Make sure the email format is HTML. After that, remember to click "Save."
7. To test that your email has been updated properly, you can click "Send Test" next to your new lead parsing email.
8. Repeat steps 5 - 7 for each section on your Realtor.com Lead Forwarding Settings page.

zBuyer

1. Log into your Zurple Account.
2. Select name in top right-hand corner.
3: Select "Profile."
