Verse's external API provides customers the ability to integrate with our platform. The API allows customers to subscribe to multiple webhooks that will provide updates to the status of your new Leads as they're being qualified or unqualified by Verse. This includes the ability to see Leads Created, Notes, Messages, Calls, Emails, and (Un) Qualification.
In addition, customers will be able to:
Create Leads
Update Leads
End Conversations (Qualify Leads)
Stop Conversations (Unqualify leads)
Search Leads
