Installing Verse Capture on Your Website
Installing Verse Capture on Your Website

After you sign up for Verse Capture, you’ll automatically receive a welcome email from Verse with access to your code located within the Verse dashboard.

To install the Verse Capture widget on your site:

  1. Sign in to your (CMS) account

    1. Find the HTML editor that lets you edit the contents of your site

  2. Locate Widget Code in Verse Capture page

    1. Within Customer Portal, go to Settings > Verse Capture. On that page, you will see a box with code to copy to your website’s HTML.

  3. Install code on the head or body of your website page

    1. If you want to show this on all pages of your website, you can install this in the header section of the website.

    2. The code should be inserted into <body>...</body> section of your page if you wish to show this on a single page.

  4. Preview the widget on your website/page

    1. You will want to go into your website/page to test out the widget.

    2. Make sure that you can visibly see the widget load on the bottom right side of the page and that it appears on the pages you want it to be on.

  5. Publish the changes to go live

    1. You did it! 🎉 You are now live with the Verse Capture Widget on your website/page to directly take leads!

TIP: If available, provide your web developer with the Verse Capture widget code for an easy install.

Final Step: Once your widget is installed, submit a test lead by entering your contact information using your Verse Capture Widget. To ensure a successful launch, be sure to check for your test lead via the My Leads section of your dashboard.
