If your Verse.io dashboard isn't loading, you may just need to clear the cookies or history depending on what options your web browser allows. Some browsers allow you to clear cookies from a specific site, and others only allow you to clear the entire history. Please follow the steps below depending on which browser you use to access your Verse.io Dashboard.

Apple Safari

1. Open your Safari browser.
2. In the top left hand corner find, "Safari."
3. Choose "Preferences."
4. Go to the "Privacy" tab.
5. Select "Manage Website Data."
6. Add "Verse.io" to the search bar and then "Remove."

Now that you've cleared the cookies for the Verse.io site, you should be able to load your dashboard without error. It will prompt you to login again as we've cleared the saved history for this site.

Google Chrome

1. Open a Google Chrome browser.
2. Select the three vertical dots (you might see a yellow or green circle instead) in the top right hand corner of your browser.
3. Go to the bottom and choose "Settings."
4. Under the Privacy and Security section choose "Content Settings."
5. Select "Cookies."
6. Click on "See all cookies and site data."
7. Search "Verse.io" in the search bar.
8. Choose the trash icon to clear cookies.

Now that you've cleared the cookies for the Verse.io site, you should be able to load your dashboard without error. It will prompt you to login again as we've cleared the saved history for this site.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open a Firefox browser.
2. Select the three horizontal lines in the top right hand corner.
3. Select "Preferences."
4. Choose "Privacy & Security" from the left column.
5. Find the section entitled 'Cookies and Site Data.'
6. Select "Manage Data."
7. Add "Verse.io" to the search bar.
8. Once found, remove cookies at the bottom and save changes.

Now that you've cleared the cookies for the Verse.io site, you should be able to load your dashboard without error. It will prompt you to login again as we've cleared the saved history for this site.
