There are a few options for getting connected with Zillow, depending on which leads you would like us to receive and how your Zillow account is currently structured.

Currently, most agents connect with gmail filters in order for us to receive non-Concierge leads - or those people not live transferred via phone calls. With this connection method, we can follow up on only longer-term nurture or email leads for you.

Below are directions for setting up gmail filters in order to have us receive specific Zillow leads.

Part 1
How To Add A Forwarding Address:

1. In your Gmail, click on the gear icon on the top right-hand corner under your profile picture, and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.

2. Go to the “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” tab and select “Add a forwarding address.”

3. Add your custom Verse.io Email here, and proceed through the pop-up prompt.  We will then receive an email to our Verse.io inbox to confirm. Please allow Verse.io to confirm the forwarding request on our end before starting Part 2 of this article.

Part 2
Creating The Filter:  

1. In your Gmail Settings, go to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.

2. Scroll to the bottom and select “Create a new filter.”

3. Following the screenshot below, type “no-reply@leads.premieragent.com ” into the "From:" field and the subject line of the emails you would like us to receive in the "Subject" field. The subject line for email-only Zillow leads varies agent to agent so we recommend checking your recent notifications to evaluate which email notifications you'd like us to receive and contact.

4. Select “Create filter with this search” at the bottom of the filter.

3. Following the screenshot below, type “no-reply@leads.premieragent.com ” into the "From:" field and the subject line of the emails you would like us to receive in the "Subject" field.

4. Select “Create filter with this search” at the bottom of the filter.
