All you'll need to do is retrieve your custom email address from your dashboard, and add that email to the notification settings of your lead source.

Please follow the detailed instructions:

1. Login to your Chime CRM account.

2. Click the 'Settings' gear on the top navigation bar.

3. In the menu on the left hand side below 'User', click 'Preferences'
4. Find the option 'Additional Emails' and click 'Add an Email'

5. Add your custom email address.

Once you have added the email to your Chime dashboard, feel free to test it out by submitting a lead through your website/landing page. Use your first and last name so we know it's a test.

If you see your test lead appear in your dashboard, then we are good to go!
