Step 1. Create an account with Zapier here .

Step 2. Select "Facebook Lead Ads" and "Email by Zapier" as the two Apps you would like to connect.

Step 3. Select the "Get emails with new Facebook Lead Ads leads" Zap below.
​
​

Step 4. Follow along with the steps to connect your Facebook account!
​
​

Step 5. Choose continue and do a test to retrieve the last lead.
​
Step 6. Continue to "Email by Zapier Action"!
​
​

Step 7. Create your email on the "Set up Email by Zapier Outbound Email" page.

A. Select what email you'd like your Zapier Email to go to.
​  (Enter a personal email for now)
B. Keep the "Subject" field as "New Facebook ad Lead"
C. For the Body please make it as follows:
​   (Use the + symbol in the top right hand corner of the "Body (HTML or Plain)" box to add fields)
​

To have our system process leads without error, it will need to be in the format above.

Step 8. Make sure to turn on your Zapier after you've completed all of the edits!
​
​(A sample email will automatically be sent when you finish creating the zap!)

Step 9. If you don't see the test lead in your Verse.io Dashboard after refreshing, please reach out to our Success team so we can investigate further. Please note: This test will only create one lead, even if you send multiple tests, since our system is designed to prevent duplicate entries.

Once you have completed these steps, you're good to go!
