Within your Verse.io dashboard there are many features worth exploring! Please see below for instructions on how to optimize each one.

Automated Text Messages

This feature allows you to customize the first automated text message that is being sent out to your leads. Even more exciting, the customization allows you to tweak the SMS based on the lead type: buyers with a property address, buyers without a property address, and sellers. If you choose, you can even add things like lead source to the messages. This feature is optional, and you are more than welcome to use the default automated text message we provide.

Live Transfer
Our Concierge will live transfer any lead that is qualified and ready to speak with you! This feature is performed only when our team is able to reach the lead by phone. To add a live transfer number: 

  1. Go to the Settings section in your dashboard and select the tab for Notifications

  2. Add the desired number you want our team to attempt in the Live Transfer Number Field.

  3. After making any edits, please be sure sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

End Conversation 

This feature gives you the ability to end the conversation we are having with your leads at any time. To utilize this feature:

  1. Go to the My Leads section in your dashboard and select the tab for Active leads.

  2. Click on name of the lead you are wanting our team to disengage.

  3. Within the leads profile click the End Conversation button located above Chat History.  


Payment Info & Invoices

Within your dashboard you have access to view your plan information, all invoices, and the ability to update your credit card information. To view these settings:

  1.  Click on the Settings tab located in your dashboard.

  2. Select the Profile sub-tab.

  3. After making any edits, please be sure sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the page. 

CSV Export

This tool allows you to export your leads into a CSV file. You have the ability to filter by Source and/or Lead Type.


Concierge Identity

These settings allow you to customize the identity of your Concierge! Please add a Team Name that represents your brand since our team will utilize this information when corresponding with your leads. Also, since a male or female will be reaching out to your leads, we recommend using a gender neutral Concierge Name. Lastly, you also have the option to add a Concierge Title for our team to use when representing their role on your team.

To update these settings: 

  1. Go to the Settings section in your dashboard and select the tab for Concierge. *On the same screen you will also find a section for Assigned Contact Info. This is the unique contact info assigned to your Concierge. It is the phone number and email we will use to contact your leads. Please note that our team will be calling from the assigned phone number when performing live transfers.   

CRM Configuration

This setting is used to connect your CRM to Verse.io. We currently have API integrations with the following CRM’s: Firepoint, FollowUpBoss, and RealGeeks. With more to come!
To activate this connection:

  1. Select the Settings tab in your dashboard

  2. Select the Connections sub-tab. 

  3. Click inside the Add CRM Connection box

  4. Pick which CRM you are wanting to connect and follow the provided instructions for each
