How to manage multiple accounts and campaigns with Verse

Our team feature allows you to create and administer multiple accounts and campaigns  by inviting/removing sub-accounts as needed. Once your team is established, you will have full control over your team dynamic along with their leads!

Getting Started

  1. Go to the Settings section in your dashboard and select the tab for Teams

  2. Select Invite on the far right-hand side of the page

At that point, your new Team Members receive an email with a link to join your team. If they accept, these new Team Members are taken through our sign up process to configure their new Verse.io account.

How to know when your Team Member accepts your invite

The Team Admin or Team Lead can look at their Verse.io dashboard to see if the invite status is pending or not. To view your invite statuses: 

  1. Go to the Settings section in your dashboard and select the tab for Teams

  2. Here you will see the Status of your invite(s): Pending or Active

 
Delegating admin responsibilities to a trusted team member

As a Team Admin, you can promote a Team Member to Team Lead. The Team Lead has the editing access of a Team Admin but is unable to update the billing information or remove another Team Lead (or demote themselves). To promote a Team Member to a Team Lead:

  1. Go to the Settings section in your dashboard and select the tab for Teams

  2. In the Actions column, select the icon to promote your Team Member to a Team Lead

Can a Team Admin or Team Lead download a list of all their team’s leads?

Yes, our standard CSV export will work perfectly for that! Once in your Verse.io dashboard, click on the 'My Leads' tab, please locate and click on the blue CSV Export button. This report will show ALL leads account wide, Team Member leads included.

 
What happens if a Team Member invite is sent to the wrong address?

All invites that have not been accepted can be cancelled. If an Agent tries to accept an invite after it has been cancelled, they are simply told the invite is bad. To cancel the invite:

  1. Go to the Settings section in your dashboard and select the tab for Teams

  2. In the Actions column, select the "x" icon to cancel the pending invite 

Removing a Team Member and how to manage a removed Team Member's leads

Team Admins and Team leads have an easy way to remove a Team Member via the the Verse.io dashboard. Once that process has started, the Team Admin/Team Lead will be prompted whether or not to let the soon-to-be removed Team Member can keep their leads or if those leads should be reassigned to another Team Member. 

  1. Go to the Settings section in your dashboard and select the tab for Teams

  2. In the Actions column, select the trash icon to delete the Team Member
